About the Role

HRP Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tekla Modeller cum Detailer to join our engineering and BIM team in Ahmedabad.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Tekla Structures, with the ability to independently develop accurate 3D structural steel models and prepare detailed fabrication/shop drawings.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop detailed 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures based on engineering/design drawings.

· Prepare and detail steel structures, connections, plates, bolts, welds, stiffeners and assemblies.

· Prepare GA drawings, Assembly Drawings and Single-Part/Fabrication Drawings.

· Interpret structural drawings, specifications and design information accurately.

· Create and modify steel connections based on design and fabrication requirements.

· Perform model checking, numbering and revision management.

· Generate BOM/MTO and material reports from Tekla models.

· Coordinate with structural engineers, designers and project teams to resolve modelling and detailing issues.





· Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards, fabrication requirements and applicable detailing standards.

· Identify clashes, constructability issues and discrepancies before fabrication.

· Maintain model and drawing accuracy throughout project revisions.

· Support fabrication/CNC requirements such as DSTV/NC data, where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

· 3+ years of hands-on experience in Tekla Structures.

· Solid understanding of structural steel detailing and fabrication.

· Good knowledge of steel connections, bolts, welds, plates, profiles and assemblies.

· Experience in preparing GA, Assembly and Single-Part Drawings.

· Good understanding of Tekla numbering, revisions and BOM/MTO extraction.

· Ability to read and interpret structural engineering drawings.

· Good knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

· Knowledge of fabrication processes and structural steel standards is an advantage.

· Robust attention to detail and ability to work independently.
