Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate quality leads, build solid client relationships, and help scale our agency growth. It is a Work from Home job.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities for digital marketing services
Lead generation through email marketing, LinkedIn, cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, and networking
Must have a solid database of business contacts and email data for outreach
Connect with potential clients and schedule meetings for service presentations
Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and follow-up strategies
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams for smooth onboarding
Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals




Maintain CRM and regular reporting of lead status and conversions
