Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus - 60%)
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone pre-screening, and shortlist candidates against Job Descriptions (JDs).
Schedule, coordinate, and track interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the internal applicant database / Tracker.
Assist in drafting Job Descriptions and internship postings.
HR Operations & Onboarding (40%)
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, background verification, and identity checks.
Coordinate the preparation of joining kits, offer letters, and ID cards.
Maintain physical and digital employee records/files ensuring confidentiality.
Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and daily HR queries.
Support team engagement initiatives, employee birthday/work anniversary celebrations, and HR events.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Human Resources (MBA/BBA/PGDM) or any related field.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Positive organizational skills with attention to detail.
Attributes:
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential candidate/employee data.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to learn in a quick-paced environment.
