What You’ll Do
Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators
Build and maintain influencer databases
Assist in influencer shortlisting based on campaign objectives and target audience
Coordinate with influencers and talent managers
Assist with campaign briefs, negotiations and content coordination
Track influencer deliverables, timelines and campaign performance
Monitor social media trends and identify emerging creators
Assist the team in preparing campaign reports and presentations
Support end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns

What We’re Looking For
Freshers or candidates with
0–1 year of experience
in influencer marketing,



social media or digital marketing
Strong interest in
Instagram, YouTube and creator culture
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong research and organisational skills
Good understanding of social media trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
Basic knowledge of
Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
Creative mindset with attention to detail
