Overview

We are seeking a highly technical Infrastructure Architect with hands-on experience leading Active Directory migrations, domain controller upgrades/replacements, PowerShell automation projects, and VMware or Hyper-V migrations.

This role is intended for highly technical engineers and architects deployment, implementation, and migration experience, NOT only day-to-day support.

Role & responsibilities
Lead Active Directory modernization and migration projects.




Upgrade and replace Domain Controllers (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022).
Migrate and manage DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and FSMO roles.
Develop advanced PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and infrastructure management.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Active Directory replication and authentication issues.
Create migration plans, implementation documentation, and rollout procedures.

Preferred candidate profile
10+ years of Windows Server administration experience.
EXPERT experience performing AD, DNS, DHCP, and Domain Controller migrations.
EXPERT experience in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
EXPERT experience in Virtualization platforms (either VMware or Hyper-V).
ADVANCED PowerShell scripting and automation expertise.
