Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Executive Engineer with hands-on experience in Solar EPC project execution. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, technical coordination, contractor management, quality, testing & commissioning, and ensuring timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution of solar PV projects.
Supervise installation of modules, structures, DC/AC systems, inverters, HT/LT panels, cables, earthing, etc.
Review drawings, BOQ, BOMs and technical specifications.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
Monitor manpower, materials, quality, safety and project progress.
Handle testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and project documentation.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
7 to 10 years of experience in Solar EPC / Electrical EPC.
Solid knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations.
Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites
