GoKite Tours & Tours LLP is looking for a customer-focused Travel Consultant with 1–4 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B/B2C holidays, ticketing, and visa services.

Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B and B2C travel enquiries and understand customer requirements.
Plan and sell international and domestic holiday packages.
Create customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
Assist clients with visa requirements, documentation, and application processes.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, suppliers, and travel partners.
Handle ticketing and other travel arrangements.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Manage booking changes, cancellations, and customer queries.




Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Travel & Tourism.
Experience in B2B/B2C Holidays, Visa Services, and/or Ticketing.
Positive knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Solid communication, sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of GDS, travel portals, or CRM systems is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively with targets and deadlines.
Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
