Roles and Responsibilities
Manage Team: Assign daily tasks, train current staff, and lead shift huddles.
Control Quality: Check packed boxes for correct labels, counts, and clean materials. Stop work if quality drops.
Track Inventory: Monitor stock levels for boxes, tape, and labels.
Ensure Safety: Follow workplace safety laws and keep the packing area clean.
Handle Reports: Keep daily logs, track output, and report delays to managers
Experience: 2 to 5 years working in a warehouse, plant, or production line.
Skills: Positive leadership, basic computer use, problem-solving, and explicit communication.
Education: High school diploma, vocational training, or a bachelor's degree in a related field .
