Risk Assessment and Controls Design
Conduct thorough risk assessments across multiple business streams to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Design, implement, and monitor effective controls to mitigate identified risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Workstream Management
Lead and manage all activities within the assigned workstream, ensuring alignment with overall program or project objectives.
Develop detailed workstream plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for risk and controls issues within assigned streams, engaging with key stakeholders across the organisation.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate risk and control measures into business processes.
Project Management
Lead risk and controls projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational objectives.
