We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team at Karve Road, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate new leads through telephonic calling and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products/services.
Qualify leads based on customer interest, requirement, budget, and other criteria.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and meetings in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly,
and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM and computer operations.
Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
