About Assistara

Assistara is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Travel Operations Manager to lead and optimize our International (US Process) travel operations. The ideal candidate must possess extensive leadership experience in the US PPC (Pay-Per-Call) process with a proven ability to drive operational excellence, team performance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end operations for the International US PPC Travel process.
Manage operational performance by monitoring KPIs, productivity, quality, and service levels.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Lead, mentor, and motivate Team Leaders and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process execution.
Analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and operational standards.
Drive performance management, process optimization,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12 years of experience in the International US PPC Process.
Proven experience in managing travel operations within a US process setting.
Robust leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in a target-driven environment.
