Republic Motor Works (RMW) is a multi-brand car workshop and detailing business based in Patna, Bihar. We provide car servicing, repairs, diagnostics, detailing, battery solutions, and other automotive services.

We are looking for a Sales Representative who can help us generate new customer enquiries, convert leads into bookings, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and local outreach.
Contact potential customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Explain RMW's services, packages, and offers to customers.
Follow up with enquiries and convert them into confirmed service bookings.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Promote car servicing, repairs, detailing, battery and other RMW services.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and sales.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth customer handling.
Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.




Support local marketing and business development activities.
Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Ability to follow up consistently and convert enquiries.
Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge.
Automobile knowledge or experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
