Job Description Senior Project Manager / Project Head

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Head with 12+ years of experience in construction, particularly in residential high-rise building projects, to lead the execution of a major project for TATA Realty.

Key Responsibilities
Lead overall execution of the residential high-rise project from planning to completion.
Manage construction activities, project schedules, budgets, quality and safety requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
Monitor structural, architectural, MEP and finishing works.
Ensure project milestones are achieved as per approved timelines.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and construction methodologies.
Manage contractors and subcontractors and ensure optimum resource utilization.
Monitor project costs and control variations and wastage.




Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards and TATA Realty quality standards.
Conduct regular site reviews and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
Prepare and review progress reports, MIS and project performance updates.
Lead project teams and ensure effective coordination between all departments.

Requirements
12+ years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
Strong experience in residential high-rise building projects.
Experience handling large-scale projects from foundation through finishing and handover.
Robust knowledge of RCC, structural, architectural and MEP works.
Positive understanding of project planning, contracts, billing, cost control and quality management.
Solid leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.E./M.Tech or PMP certification will be an advantage
