We are looking for a Travel Industry Sales & Operations Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international travel packages. Prepare and share quotations, itineraries, and travel packages. Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings. Provide customer service before, during, and after travel. Maintain proper records of enquiries, bookings, and customer documents. Assist in preparing travel-related content and promotions when required.
Requirements: Valuable communication and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations. Good computer skills, especially WhatsApp, email, and MS Office. Ability to work independently Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
