Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop and implement TQM strategies to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to resolve quality issues.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Analyze data from various sources to measure performance metrics such as defect rates, cycle times, and customer feedback.
Implement PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain QC Storyboard development and maintenance for effective quality management.

Job Requirements :
Solid understanding of Deming's philosophy on TQM principles and practices.
Experience with PDCA methodology implementation.
Knowledge of QC Storyboard development and maintenance.
Ability to analyze data from various sources to measure performance metrics.
Robust leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams.
Experience working in the automobile industry is preferred.
