Lead Assistant Manager - FP&A; | 7+ Years | Delhi NCR / Noida

We are looking for a finance skilled to manage FP&A; activities, drive financial insights, support process transformation, and collaborate with global stakeholders. Responsibilities
Manage FP&A; activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Conduct P&L; variance analysis, revenue analysis, and SG&A; variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze GWP reporting across different profit centers for insurance clients.




• Compare financial performance against budgets and prior-year results and provide actionable variance insights.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support business decision-making.
• Prepare commission trending and other financial performance reports.
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting, dashboards, and management information for senior leadership.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Finance & Accounting.
• Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L; analysis, and financial planning.
• Experience in variance analysis covering revenue, SG&A;, and overall financial performance.
• Prior experience in Insurance/BFSI is highly preferred.
