Job Title: Sales Manager (Govt & PSU)
Work location: Delhi
Job Type: PERMANENT (Full time and on company payroll)
No. of Working days (Per Week): 5-days week (MON to FRI)
Mode of Work: This is a Work From Office (WFO) role.

Role Objective:
To address complete Sales business in the Govt & PSU distinction of managing Mahartanas & Nartanas like, IOCL, Powergrid, GCI, Erstwhile POSOCO NTPC, AAI, EIL, PFC, REC, Railways, ONGC, BEL, DRDO, HAL, MHA Agencies of AV / Voice/ Video/ Data Collab/ IT Infra/ Networking/ Cyber Security/ Surveillance Products. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing Sales strategies.

Requirement Specifications:
Candidate should have relevant experience in Sales (For all verticals collaboration/Data & Networking/ Cyber Security/ Surveillance)
Ability to identify and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
Ability to effectively learn technical products, services, and solutions and readily apply recent knowledge required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Goal oriented and organized team player.
Ability to travel frequently and effectively to work.

Responsibilities:
Driving System Integration (IT Infrastructure, Networking, Collaboration, Voice, Data & Automation) business for Govt of India.
Responsible for driving Government and PSU relationships across North India
Build Solid relationship with existing Customers & New Customers.
Preparing & Submitting Online & Offline Normal & Gem Tenders.
Led business expansion across Defense and Oil sectors, managed ICT bids nationwide.
Strong connects with Crestron, Poly, Extron, Logitech, MTR, Zoom, CISCO, Juniper, Aruba etc.
Ability to manage end-to-end customer transactions (Built to close).
Build strong relationships with partners - OEM, local partners, consultants specially govt initiatives of make in India.
