Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and generate appointments.
Explain slimming, weight-management, and body-contouring services to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into clinic visits.
Maintain proper lead, call, appointment, and follow-up records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the clinic team for scheduled appointments and follow-ups.
Reconnect with old, missed, and non-converted leads.
Maintain a high level of customer service and skilled communication.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Positive Tamil and English communication; other local languages are an advantage.
Robust follow-up and sales skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
