Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate daily tasks for the accounts team.
Banking & Collections: Monitor daily bank transactions, track customer payment schedules, and actively follow up on outstanding receivables.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L; statements, revenue/expense reports, and executive financial summaries for management.
Financial Analysis: Identify payment delays or data discrepancies, analyze financial metrics, and assist management in financial planning.
Preferred Skills
Experience in accounts supervision (prior exposure to the travel/tourism industry is a plus).
Robust expertise in general accounting, bank reconciliations, receivables management, and financial reporting.
Advanced MS Excel skills and software proficiency.
Solid team leadership, analytical thinking, and communication capabilities
