Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with customers and maintain solid relationships.
Update customer interactions and lead status in CRM.
Follow-up with targets.
Requirements:
1+ year experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.
Positive communication skills and command over languages.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and email.
Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
