Position: Team Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Team Leader with at least 1 year of experience to manage a team, monitor daily performance, and ensure targets and company processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and guide a team of employees on a daily basis.
Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion.
Monitor team performance and achieve assigned targets.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates to management.
Motivate team members and maintain a positive work setting.
Identify performance issues and provide coaching/support.
Handle basic employee concerns and coordinate with HR/management.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.

Requirements




Minimum 1+ year of Team Leader/Senior Executive experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Target-oriented and responsible attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
