About Us

At Human Intelligence Labs, our mission is to bridge the gap between academia and the IT industry. We provide software graduates with intensive, hands-on training, internships, and opportunities to work on live, real-world projects.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our growing team and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, candidate coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
Communicate with candidates regarding interviews, assessments, selection updates, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
Maintain and update HR files and employee records.
Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.




Coordinate with different teams to understand and support their hiring needs.
Support student outreach and engagement activities for the company’s training programs, including communicating with prospective students, sharing program information, and following up on enquiries.
Take ownership of other HR-related responsibilities and organizational initiatives as assigned, based on business requirements.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with Google Workspace, MS Office, and spreadsheets.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Ability to work in office from our Gomti Nagar, Lucknow office.
