Role Overview

The Operations Lead will be responsible for managing and stabilizing Facility Operations Support processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. The role involves leading a team, driving process improvements, and enabling seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end Facility Ops Support activities
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks
Drive process stabilization with minimal deviations




Team Leadership
Manage, mentor, and develop team members
Build team capability and ensure readiness for operations
Drive ownership, accountability, and performance consistency
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
Ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and expectation alignment
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with MIS/Automation teams for BOT implementation
Drive cycle time reduction and productivity improvements
Risk & Escalation Management
Proactively identify risks (including attrition, process gaps)
Ensure timely escalation and mitigation of issues
Reporting & Governance
Ensure accurate reporting and adherence to governance frameworks
Participate in review calls and leadership updates
