Technical Support & Field Demo Engineer Infosof Technologies is hiring Fresher B.Tech (CSE/IT) graduates for our MyBizSEO AI project.
Key Responsibilities - Provide basic backend and technical support for the platform.
Conduct product demos and technical onboarding for clients and franchise partners.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with the development team.
Assist with product testing and user support.
Travel for field demonstrations when required.
Requirements - B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Freshers are welcome.
Basic knowledge of Web, API, Database and Software concepts.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel when required.
