Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a robust background in the construction industry to oversee material management, inventory control, and site store operations in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth handling of construction materials, tools, and equipment at the site.

Key Responsibilities
Material & Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of construction materials, tools, and equipment at the site store.
Stock Tracking & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily logs, inward/outward registers, and inventory records using digital tools or MS Excel.
Vendor & Supply Coordination:



Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams to verify material deliveries, quantities, and quality compliance.
Stock Audit & Loss Prevention: Conduct regular physical stock audits, minimize material wastage, and ensure proper security and maintenance of the site store.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven professional experience working as a Store Manager or Store Keeper specifically within construction firms or real estate projects.
Technical Skills: Solid organizational skills and working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management practices.
Core Competencies: Excellent coordination, record-keeping, and material verification abilities.
Location: Based in or willing to work in Nagpur.
