We are looking for an experienced Production Manager who can take overall responsibility for the manufacturing operation and manage the complete production team.
The Production Manager will oversee the Floor In-Charge, Quality Team, Machine Operators, Carpenters, Helpers and other production staff and ensure that all projects are completed with the required quality, productivity and timelines.
Key Responsibilities1. Overall Production Management
Take complete ownership of the manufacturing operation.
Plan, manage and monitor day-to-day production.
Ensure all jobs are completed as per project requirements and delivery schedules.
Manage multiple residential interior projects simultaneously.
Monitor production from cutting → CNC → edge banding → drilling → carpentry → assembly → quality check → dispatch.
Identify bottlenecks and take corrective action.
Team Management
Directly manage and coordinate:
Floor In-Charge / Supervisors
Quality Inspectors
CNC Operators
Beam Saw / Panel Saw Operators
Edge-Banding Operators
Carpenters
Helpers
Assembly / Packing Team
Set daily and weekly targets for the team.
Allocate responsibilities through the Floor In-Charge.
Monitor manpower productivity and utilisation.
Maintain discipline and accountability across the floor.
Build and train a solid production team.
