We are looking for a Vocational Trainer (Electrical) with 0–3 years of training experience to provide classroom and practical training to aspiring electricians. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, good communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
As part of a CSR skill development project supported by the Aditya Birla Group, you will help rural and underprivileged youth develop practical electrical skills, improve employability, and build careers in the electrical industry.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom & Practical Training
Deliver classroom and hands-on training in electrical trades as per the prescribed curriculum.
Explain electrical concepts through practical demonstrations and real-world examples.
Conduct practical exercises and assess trainee performance and learning.
Training Preparation
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical activities.
Ensure training content is aligned with industry requirements and relevant standards.
Make training sessions engaging, practical, and industry-oriented.
Career & Placement Support
Guide trainees on career opportunities in the electrical industry.
Prepare trainees for interviews and workplace expectations.
Support placement activities and help trainees transition into employment.
Eligibility
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
0–3 years of relevant industry or training experience.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing students.
Fluency in English, Hindi and Odia.
Candidates currently based in Odisha will be preferred.
