Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to inspect mechanical components and ensure that finished and in-process parts meet specified quality standards, engineering drawings, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with dimensional inspection, measuring instruments, and quality control procedures in a manufacturing workplace.

Preferred candidate profile
Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished mechanical components for dimensional and visual conformity.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, specifications, and inspection standards.
Perform dimensional inspections using instruments such as:
Vernier calipers
Micrometers
Height gauges
Bore gauges
Dial gauges




Thread gauges
Radius gauges
CMM, where applicable
Verify dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, threads, holes, and other critical features.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, check sheets, and quality records.
Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
Ensure measuring instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.
Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and applicable ISO 9001 standards.
