NBD / NBD CRR Executive (Corporate Outreach Executive)Job Purpose

The NBD / NBD CRR Executive is responsible for generating recent corporate business opportunities through cold calling, corporate outreach, networking, research, and lead generation activities. The role focuses on identifying potential corporate clients, initiating conversations, generating qualified inquiries, coordinating with prospects, and building a robust pipeline of corporate event opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and speaking skills, confidence in making outbound calls, and the ability to communicate professionally with corporate decision-makers.

Roles & Responsibilities
Corporate Lead Generation
Identify and generate new corporate leads through cold calling, online research, references, networking, and outreach activities.
Build and maintain a database of potential corporate clients and decision-makers.
Identify companies that may require corporate events, conferences, annual functions, product launches, employee engagement events, exhibitions,



and experiential events.
Generate qualified corporate inquiries and hand over relevant opportunities to the Client Servicing / Sales team.
Continuously build and maintain a robust corporate lead pipeline.
Cold Calling & Corporate Outreach
Make daily outbound calls to prospective corporate clients.
Introduce Kahani by i2c Events and its event management services professionally.
Understand the prospect's requirements, event objectives, tentative budget, guest count, and timelines.
Identify the relevant decision-maker or point of contact within the organization.
Create interest and convert cold prospects into meaningful business conversations.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
