We are seeking an
Assistant Marketing Manager
to join our Marketing team at Fossil Group in
India

In this agile and global company, you will play a key role in bringing the Armani brand story to life through seamless campaign execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do In This Role
Execute and track seasonal marketing campaigns across Digital, PR, Influencer, Retail/POS, OOH, Print, Mall Media, and E-commerce channels




Coordinate end-to-end campaign timelines, deliverables, and go-live readiness with agencies and internal stakeholders
Manage creative briefing, asset collation, and quality control to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and accuracy of SKU, pricing, and product details
Support digital campaign operations including creative checks, proof-of-execution validation, and performance tracking
Coordinate PR, influencer marketing, celebrity shoots, and brand activations to ensure timely execution and asset readiness
Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and production support for launches and marketing activations
Raise and track purchase orders, process invoices, and maintain marketing spend trackers in alignment with finance procedures
Oversee vendor onboarding, quotations, and documentation while ensuring compliance and audit readiness
Compile campaign performance reports, proof-of-execution documentation, and competitor benc
