Maintain regular communication with procurement, purchase and biomedical departments.
Build relationships with doctors, nurses, purchase managers, biomedical engineers and hospital administrators.
Participate in hospital product demonstrations and trials.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Follow up on tenders, institutional purchases and repeat orders.
Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Introduce new products and company brands to customers.
Support exhibitions, medical conferences,

Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, products and customer preferences.
Promote company products through appropriate professional channels.
Collect and process customer orders accurately.
