Role Title : SPE/SME
SPE
Key Responsibilities
Handle PL, CL, or EB transactions across the lifecycle:
ï· Prepare submissions, generate quotes, coordinate with carriers, verify documents, and update CRM/FSC.
ï· Manage servicing tasks such as endorsements, certificates, invoicing, billing validation, EOC processing,
client query resolution.
ï· Maintain accurate policy data, documents, and records across Salesforce FSC / EPIC / DMS.
ï· Support licensed Account Managers as required (for licensed workflows).
ï· Meet SLAs, quality benchmarks, and adhere to documented SOPs.
Required Skills / Experience
- 1 year–3 years in Personal Lines / Commercial Lines / Employee Advantages broking or insurance back -office.
- Understanding of broker workflows (quote, bind, endorsements, renewals, certificates).
- Experience with insurance systems such as Applied Epic, Salesforce FSC (preferred).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
SME Roles
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a domain expert in multiple L2/L3 processes across PL, CL, and EB (e.g., Quote Review, Program Brokering, Policy Servicing,
Premium Financing, Client Setup).
- Review complex submissions, quotes, binders, endorsements, billing issues, and escalations.
- Support transition activities including SOP creation, process mapping, Job Aids, L2/L3 workflows, QA parameters.
- Conduct quality audits, identify defects, and drive continuous improvement.
- Liaise with licensed Account Managers, carriers, and internal teams for complex cases.
- Mentor associates, provide floor support, and validate deliverables.
Required Skills / Experience
- 3–5 years of insurance broking experience, with strong competencies in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and/or Employee Benefits.
- Deep knowledge of US regulatory requirements, documentation, evidence of coverage, ACORD forms, and servicing workflows.
- Experience supporting transitions, migrations, or multi‑region standardization programs.
