We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Specialists to join our expanding sales team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have robust communication skills, a passion for sales, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive lead conversions by effectively communicating product and service benefits.
- Manage, track, and update leads and interactions within the CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to enhance overall conversion strategies.
- Contribute directly to achieving revenue and performance goals.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sales mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to work six days a week from the Ahmedabad office.
