Position - Inside Sales Representative


Experience - 2+yr


Location - Mumbai, Bangalore


Notice Period - 0 -30 Days


Skill Set - Inside Sales, Customer Management, Lead Generation, Outbound Sales Engagement, New Customer Acquisition, closing Deals




Inside Sales Representative (ISR) – Key Responsibilities


- Manage and grow the assigned regional territory and partner/customer relationships


- Act as the primary point of contact for partners and customers


- Handle inbound inquiries, renewals, pricing, and quotations


- Proactively drive outbound sales calls to generate demand and new opportunities


- Execute weekly demand generation plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline


- Track and manage funnel, pipeline, and quota attainment in CRM


- Meet assigned revenue targets through inbound and outbound sales efforts






- Collaborate closely with OSRs, Product Managers, and Business Managers


- Identify and onboard current customers and channel partners


- Maintain accurate sales activity records and prepare regular performance reports



Key Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales (IT product distribution preferred)


- Strong communication and negotiation skills


- Proven ability in lead generation, renewals, and closing deals


- Customer -focused and result -driven mindset


- Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and pipeline management


- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross -functional teams
