Key responsibilities

- Understand RFQs, project specifications and prepare quotation for valve actuators (electric/pneumatics) and their spares in the expected timeline.
- Handle quick or urgent quote requests efficiently based on priorities.
- Address technical queries from internal and external customers related to our products.
- Coordinate with contracts/service people as and when required.
- Respond emails and phones promptly.
- Focus on details and assure quality quotations.
- Work towards customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- BE/B. Tech candidates (EEE/E&I;/Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation).
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in quotation preparation/sales support/inside sales/any other customer support
- Must be familiar with Microsoft excel and Outlook.
- Must be able to communicate in English fluently.
- Preferable if the candidate has handled valve/actuator/instruments/controls systems/GEM portal tenders/any other electrical or electronic products
