On -Prem Infrastructure Experience
5+ years in managing on -premises infrastructure including servers, storage, and virtualization for DCDR setups
Must be explicitly project -based
Server, Storage & Virtualization
Installation, configuration, migration for DCDR; experience with at least one: VMware / Hyper -V / ProxMox
Hands -on is mandatory
Monitoring Tools
ManageEngine OPM
Must be clearly mentioned
Logging Tools
Splunk
Must have practical experience
Security & Compliance
IAM, RBAC, Firewall, TLS/SSL, VPN; familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR
Project -based proof needed
Networking & Load Balancing
Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, VPN; Tools: Nginx, HAProxy, ALB/ELB
Strong foundational + implementation experience required
Database & Storage
MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL; Storage: SAN, NAS
