Responsibilities:
Define and drive the strategic vision for evolving HRBP and Field HR support capabilities, enabling the team to deliver high-value advisory and business partner services.
Lead the strategy, transition, standardization, and ongoing delivery of Field HR / HRBP services within the GHRSS model, including identification of opportunities to broaden support capabilities.
Partner with Field HR / HRBP leaders and staff to define service strategies, evaluate transition and expansion prospects, and establish scalable operating models that support business and talent priorities.
Develop and maintain the Field HR / HRBP Support Service Roadmap, partnering with senior HR leaders to identify, prioritize, and implement delivery of Field HR / HRBP services within the GHRSS model.
Oversee delivery of HRBP and Field HR services to ensure quality, service-level achievement, operational effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Lead and develop a high-performing HRBP and Field HR Support organization through hiring, coaching, succession planning, capability building,



and performance management; Establish team goals, service standards, and performance expectations aligned to business priorities.
Lead change management activities supporting the transition, adoption, and evolution of Field HR / HRBP services being delivered via GHRSS.
Partner with GHRSS leadership on organizational design, staffing strategies, and capacity planning to support future Field HR / HRBP service expansion.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, customer service, and operational excellence.
Oversee workforce planning, talent review, succession planning, and workforce analytics processes, ensuring leaders have actionable insights to support business and talent decisions.
