Job Title: Team Leader Automobile Dealership

Job Purpose

To lead and motivate the dealership sales team, achieve monthly sales targets, ensure excellent customer experience, and support the Sales Manager in driving dealership revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Allocate leads and follow up on enquiries, walk-ins, referrals, and digital leads.
Monitor individual team-member performance and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
Ensure proper follow-up with prospective customers from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
Conduct daily team briefings and review sales pipelines.
Support sales executives in negotiations, product presentations, test drives, and closing.
Maintain robust knowledge of vehicle models, features, pricing, finance, insurance, and offers.
Ensure CRM/DMS data is updated accurately and regularly.




Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Service, Accessories, and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Ensure adherence to dealership/company sales processes and policies.
Train and coach recent and existing sales executives.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and local sales prospects.
Support management in achieving revenue, market-share, and customer-retention objectives.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and OEM requirements.
