Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who wants to gain practical experience in recruitment and HR operations. The intern will assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, job posting, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Prepare and post job descriptions.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment records in Excel/Google Sheets.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining.
Assist in recruitment and other HR activities.
Support the HR team in day-to-day operations.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.




Positive calling and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
Valuable organizational and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / MBA / PGDM pursuing or completed in HR / Human Resources.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates from Nashik preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidate must have their own laptop – Mandatory.
