Position: Chat Support Executive

Salary: ₹35,000 CTC per month + Incentives
Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Freshers are eligible to apply
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
Robust written communication and typing skills
Positive customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
Qualified and customer-focused approach
Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information through chat.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
