Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise filling attendants; verify stock on tanker arrival and reconcile daily; maintain the stock register; monitor for pilferage or short-delivery; handle general office administration; coordinate with the accountant on records; report directly to the dealer/owner on operations and any irregularities observed.
Key Skills Required
Basic literacy in Hindi/English for record-keeping; solid observational and supervisory ability; discipline and reliability; comfort with cash and stock handling; physical fitness for full-day floor presence; ability to manage staff firmly but fairly; prior experience in stores, logistics, or security an advantage.
