About the Role

MFA Technologies LLP is looking for a skilled
Full Stack Developer
with 3–4 years of hands-on software development experience to build, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both
frontend and backend development
, have strong programming fundamentals, and be able to independently understand requirements, develop features, troubleshoot issues, and deliver production-ready code.

We are looking for someone with positive
logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and ownership of development tasks

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Build and maintain backend services, business logic, and REST APIs.
Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases for application development.




Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured code.
Debug and troubleshoot application, performance, and production issues.
Participate in code reviews and follow established development and coding standards.
Write appropriate unit/integration tests and ensure quality before releases.
Work with Git-based version control and CI/CD development workflows.
Collaborate with UI/UX, Product, QA, and other developers to deliver features end to end.
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Understand technical requirements and contribute to application architecture and design discussions.
Take ownership of assigned modules/features from development through deployment and support.
