Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager who can independently generate and convert B2B opportunities and build a strong corporate client base.

This is a hunter sales role — the primary responsibility is to bring new projects and revenue to Progressive.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, industry associations and corporate outreach.
Identify companies requiring ISO, Social Compliance, Sustainability, ESG, Audit,



Certification and Implementation services.
Build relationships with Promoters, Directors, CEOs, HR, Quality, Compliance, EHS and Sustainability Heads.
Conduct client meetings, understand requirements and identify business opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals in coordination with the internal team.
Negotiate and close projects within approved commercial guidelines.
Develop recent corporate accounts and generate repeat, renewal and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure disciplined follow-up.
Coordinate with Operations / CED for smooth project handover after closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

What We Are Looking For
5–10 years of B2B / Corporate Sales experience.
Experience in consulting, certification, audit, compliance, ESG, sustainability or qualified services will be an advantage.
