Role Summary:We are looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. This is a hybrid role requiring a split between office and home working.

Key Responsibilities: Resolve customer inquiries promptly via inbound/outbound calls and chat. Provide accurate product/service information and ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements: Solid verbal and written communication skills. High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. Personal computer and high-speed internet connection for WFH days.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
