Job Description – Store In-Charge (Kurti Store)

We are looking for a responsible and responsible candidate to manage our kurti store independently. The role involves attending customers, assisting them with product selection, managing and organizing kurtis, and handling overall daily store operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of clothing, especially kurtis and ethnic wear, along with valuable communication and customer-handling skills. This is a full-time, long-term role and is not suitable for candidates looking for short-term work or only training experience. A training period of 2 months will be provided, after which salary will be increased to ₹12,000–₹14,000 based on performance and consistency. Only candidates who are committed, reliable, and willing to take full responsibility of the store should apply.
