We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our recruitment team and work on US Non-IT Recruitment. The candidate will assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and other recruitment activities for the US region.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for various US Non-IT positions.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels for candidate sourcing.
Conduct initial candidate screening and understand candidate profiles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Assist in preparing and posting job openings.
Coordinate with the recruitment team on ongoing US hiring requirements.
Maintain regular communication with candidates.
Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.
Requirements
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of recruitment experience can apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Good English communication skills.
Willingness to learn US recruitment processes.
Ability to work in a target-oriented recruitment environment.
