Role & responsibilities
Prepare, update, and monitor product planning and control (PPC) schedules aligned with Customer requirement and plant loading.
Monitor and ensure adherence to the complete manufacturing cycle of transformers and reactors, including core, winding, assembly, and testing stages.
Coordinate with complete teams to maintain seamless production flow.
Maintain and control inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
Oversee store management activities such as material receipt, storage, and issuance.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and stock reconciliation in stores and inventory systems.
Utilize analytical tools (MS Excel or equivalent) for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
Generate periodic reports on production status, inventory levels, and planning metrics.
Preferred candidate profile
Working knowledge of Product Planning and Control (PPC)
Expert in SAP Hana Process.
Understanding of transformer and reactor manufacturing processes
