Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end claims for General Insurance (Non-Motor) products from claim

intimation to final settlement.

● Handle claims related to Fire, Marine, Property, Engineering, Liability, SME and

other Non-Motor insurance products.

● Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, loss assessors, TPAs and clients

for smooth and timely claim settlement.

● Review claim documents, policy coverage, deductions, repudiations and settlement terms.

● Follow up with insurers on pending claims, approvals, queries and settlements.

● Handle complex, disputed and escalated claims and work towards appropriate resolution.

● Assist clients with claim documentation, procedures and regular claim status updates.

● Analyse claims trends, delays and rejection patterns and suggest process improvements.

● Maintain proper claim records and ensure adherence to policy terms and regulatory

requirements.





● Guide and manage the claims team and ensure timely resolution of claims.

Key Skills

● Solid knowledge of General Insurance (Non-Motor) claims.

● Positive understanding of Fire, Marine, Property, Engineering, Liability & SME insurance.

● Strong coordination, negotiation and follow-up skills.

● Excellent client servicing and problem-solving abilities.

● Experience in handling escalated and high-value claims.

● Experience in an Insurance Broking Firm / General Insurance Company preferred.

Pay: Up to β‚Ή600,000.00 per year
