Job Summary

Digi Epitome Technology is looking for an experienced, target-oriented, and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and manage the company's sales and business development activities.

The candidate will be responsible for managing BDA, BDE, and Sales Officer teams, generating and converting leads, handling client meetings, developing sales strategies, closing deals, building client relationships, and consistently achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and supervise the BDA, BDE, and Sales Officer teams.
Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.




Generate and manage leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms, and other channels.
Identify and approach potential businesses, startups, SMEs, and corporate clients.
Conduct and manage client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and business discussions.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable Digital Marketing and IT solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and follow-up to negotiation, deal closure, and client onboarding.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Monitor the team's sales pipeline, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue performance.
Guide, train, motivate, and support team members to improve productivity and sales performance.
Review individual and team performance and take corrective actions where required.
