3-Month Probation — Salary Hike Possible After Review
Waxys is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior Video Editor to join our early creative team.
This role is ideal for freshers or people with early experience who already have a strong editing sense, understand social media content, and want to grow quickly in a startup setting.
What we’re looking for
Solid understanding of video editing, pacing and storytelling
Comfortable editing Reels, UGC ads, brand videos and social content
Good sense of music, cuts, transitions, captions and visual rhythm
Basic understanding of colour correction, audio cleanup and motion graphics
Comfortable using tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar
Ability to understand references and turn raw footage into engaging content
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with creators and the shooting team
Quick learner who is open to feedback and experimentation
A portfolio that shows us what you can actually edit
